Shipping Policy
Domestic Shipping (US Only)
Peptrio ships to addresses within the United States only. We do not currently accept international orders.

Packaging & Cold Chain
All lyophilized peptides are shipped in sealed vials at ambient temperature. Lyophilized (freeze-dried) powder is stable at room temperature for short transit periods. Upon receipt, store all products at −20°C in a dry location away from light. Peptrio is not responsible for product degradation resulting from failure to store correctly after receipt.
Processing & Dispatch
Orders are fulfilled by our drop-ship supplier and typically dispatched within 1–3 business days of order confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day. A tracking number will be emailed once your order has shipped.
Returns & Refunds
General Policy
Due to the nature of research chemicals, all sales are final. We do not accept returns of opened or used products. Unopened products may be eligible for return within 14 days of delivery, subject to the conditions below.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of delivery with your order number, a description of the issue, and photographs of the packaging and product. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
Analytical Disputes
If your independent laboratory testing identifies a significant discrepancy from the Certificate of Analysis provided with your order, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with your test results. We will review the findings and respond within 5 business days.
Important Notice
All products are sold for Research Use Only. By purchasing, you confirm you are a qualified researcher and products will be used for in vitro scientific research only. Peptrio cannot accept returns based on a change of mind regarding the RUO classification of any product — this classification is clearly disclosed prior to purchase.
